The room was well-kept and equipped with extra amenities like tea and mugs, which added a personal touch to the stay. The breakfast featured freshly made coffee by a barista, a rare find, that made mornings enjoyable. However, the room felt a bit compact for two, and the air conditioning could use an upgrade as it struggled to cool the space adequately. Location-wise, while convenient for public transport, navigating the surrounding area posed some challenges.

the breakfast was excellent with lots of selection, and the hotel’s central location made it super easy to stroll to nearby attractions like Sempione Park and the stunning Piazza del Duomo, which are both less than 2 km away.

Room sizes are cramped and not conducive for those with luggage!!! Noise disturbances from surrounding pubs can be quite bothersome!!! Inconsistent air conditioning is problematic for a comfortable stay!!!

We loved our time exploring Milan, especially with the grandkids in tow! The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh croissants and lovely coffee. Mohamed’s help with tips on public transport and local attractions made our stay even better. Everyone felt welcome from the get-go!

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they offered lunch bags for those with early departures.

I had a great stay at five during my recent trip. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere exceeded my expectations, especially with a lovely breakfast that included cooked options. The location was perfect, close to the metro and restaurants.

The location was ideal. just steps away from the Metro and tram lines. We enjoyed a lively gelateria nearby and grabbed quick bites from McDonald's when arriving late. the staff was super friendly and genuinely helpful.

I had a lovely stay here, especially enjoying the fresh coffee at breakfast and the cozy little bar for evening drinks. There are nice spots to unwind, like the bright lounge area and a charming outdoor terrace. The room was a tad small and got a bit warm at night, but it didn’t take away from the pleasant experience. 😊

We stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights. The room was huge and super clean, with a comfy bed that made it easy to rest. I loved having a bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities right there. Plus, the sound insulation was surprisingly good, so we could relax without street noise bothering us. The bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels I've been in.
